Understanding subscription statuses

In the user dashboard you may encounter one of the following statuses. What do they actually mean?

In the user dashboard you are able to see all of your active subscriptions. You may encounter one of the following statusses:

  • Overdue: Your payment term has come to an end and you must renew your subscription.

  • Active: Your subscription is up and running!

  • Quota Exceeded: You have used up all of your daily quota that your plan came with. You now need to wait till the quota resets

A quota reset happens each day, at midnight, CEST time.
